Features

  • Fully parametric in Mozaik — change dimensions/features and anything you want in the Parameters tab

  • Full-depth bottom cubbies for stretchers or nailers

  • Divider Slots in the main part of the cart for sides, bottoms, tops, and doors

  • Rear Nook for 1/4" backers or bigger panels

Materials Used

  • 6 sheets of 4×8 material

  • 4" locking swivel casters, set of 4 with 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" long bolts with flathead tops

  • 1/4-20 nylon lock nuts

  • GRK #8 x 1-1/2" R4™ star-drive flat head screws (137 screws total)

  • 27 Lamello Tenso P-14 or Clamex P-14 connectors

Substitute

  • If Lamello Zeta P2 is not an option, you can use 18 Clamex S-20 connectors + 9 standard biscuits instead of Tenso/Clamex P-14.

  • Can also use a Domino of Biscuit Joiner

Tools for CNC:

  • 3 mm drill bit (or equivalent in Imperial, this can be changed in the Parameters tab)

  • 5 mm drill bit (or equivalent in Imperial, this can be changed in the Parameters tab)

  • 6 mm drill bit (or equivalent in Imperial, this can be changed in the Parameters tab)

  • Cutout tool of choice

Other tools used:

  • Lamello Zeta P2 with positioning pins and a 6 mm alignment pin (Can shut off in Parameters if you don’t have a Lamello.

    (The Lamello was used to secure the top of the cubbies to the bottom of the fixed shelf only)

Dimensions

  • Width 60”

  • Depth 33”

  • Height 40” (without the casters)

Cut Time: Roughly 1.5 hours but will vary on each machine, especially if you don’t have a drill block

Sanding Time: Depends on how fast the neighbor kid can do it

Assembly Time: Roughly 3 hours
